Will You Still Need Me??

Will You Still Feed Me????

When I'm 64!!!!

Yes, today I am 64.  There are two quotes about
birthdays that I like:

"The great thing about getting older is
that you don't lose  all the ages you've been"
                          Madeleine L'Engle

"Her birthdays were always important to her; for,
being born a lover of life, she would always
keep the day of her entrance into it as a
very great festival indeed"
    Elizabeth Goudge

For those who don't know me, I feel I must
mention that I am blessed that my hair is
natural.  It doesn't show in this picture, but
I do have grey mixed in.  Maybe the fact that
I don't have kids has kept my hair from
greying.......really it's my genes.  At 64, I miss my
parents.  I have so many questions I wish I
had asked, so many things for which I would
thank them.  I have the best husband in the world
and the most wonderful friends.  My siblings and
their families, I love!  Same goes for my in-laws.

Life is GOOD!!!!!!

Annette! How did I miss this and miss wishing you a Happy Birthday?! Well, I'm wishing you a belated one now and a wonderful year to come. (and I would NEVER think you are 64 in a million years!).

Holy cow Annette... first... sorry I missed your big day.. Happy Belated Birthday! You do NOT look 64.. and good for you... NO haircolor. Yeah, I can't say that ... YIKES! I think I'm at the tipping point, more white than brown. Ewww.... Haircolor is my BFF. :-) And, I always thought you were in your 30's.. you don't "write" old. Does that sound funny? Well, you just have a very young and sweet "voice".. I am 62. Where the heck have the years gone??

Birthday huggies..

xoxo
